Competitors can register online or at any Regional Host Shop beginning Monday, June 16th, 2008. Registration will also be taken the day of the event.
To register online:
1. Download registration form, complete and click the "submit by email" button on form.
or
2. Download, complete registration form and save form to your computer. Email the completed registration form to info@dcnationals.com
To register at your Regional Host Shop:
1. Download, print and complete registration form. Bring the completed form into host shop.
or
2. Visit any host shop for registration form, complete and leave with shop
*Note that all competitors must complete and sign the Waiver and Release Agreement. It is available for download and can be completed in advance. If competitor is under the age of 19, a parent of guardian must sign the Waiver and Release Agreement. Competitors can also pick the aggreement at a Regional Host Shop.
